DIGITAL MARKETING

Website Launch, Analytics & Digital Marketing

Context: AK Japan Market Access Inc. supports businesses entering and growing in the Canadian market.

My role: Website operations, analytics setup and review, localized content production, and e-commerce marketing.

Actions: Established GA4 and Google Search Console tracking, monitored early search performance, and produced or directed localized social, product, and advertising content.

Results: In the first three months, the website recorded 4.47K Google Search impressions, a 3.5% average CTR, 160 indexed pages, and 202 Google organic sessions. Produced 70+ distinct content assets, including 16 videos, 6 carousels, 40 product images, and 8 ad creatives; Instagram generated 34,818 views over 90 days.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Operations & Team Coordination System

Problem: Project information, responsibilities, and follow-ups needed a clearer shared structure.

My role: Workflow design, project coordination, CRM organization, and team communication.

Actions: Centralized task ownership, shipping, inquiries, meeting records, decision logs, and approval status in Notion; coordinated inventory and fulfillment across Shopify and Amazon.

Results: Built a workspace used by 10 team members, recorded 740 workspace updates, coordinated approximately 10 weekly deliverables, and maintained 7 meeting records and 7 decision logs. Managed 14 SKUs and reduced fulfillment time from up to 3 days to within 24 hours.

MARKET RESEARCH

Canadian Market Entry Research

Objective: Support market-entry decisions with practical information about customers, competitors, pricing, and sales channels.

My role: Research, comparison, recommendation development, and B2B sales support.

Actions: Collected and compared 100+ market and competitor items, reviewed pricing and channel options, and organized recommendations for localization and launch planning.

Results: Supported Canadian market-entry planning and the launch operations of a 14-SKU product portfolio.

EVENT OPERATIONS

Large-Scale Event Operations & Team Leadership

Context: Osaka Gourmet EXPO 2025 was a six-month food and entertainment event attended by approximately 530,000 people overall.

My role: Event Operations Team Leader with Outsourcing Total Support. Promoted within three shifts and served as a leader for approximately five months, co-leading daily operations for about 30 frontline staff.

Actions: Coordinated daily deployment, breaks, coverage, vendor onboarding, guest service, bilingual escalations, and stage-event support.

Results: Onboarded and supported 100+ rotating food vendors; typically resolved 5+ staffing, payment, vendor, or guest-service issues and 2+ English-language escalations per shift. Helped maintain safe, continuous operations across assigned shifts, including a peak day with 10,549 visitors.
